Niue Visa Exemption Application

This application is for non-resident Niueans who wish to be granted a Visa exemption label in your passport, for travel to Niue.

Minimum Requirements

A valid passport
Birth certificate of applicant
Birth certificate of parents of applicant (as proof of Niuean descent)
Marriage Certificate for proof of name change (if applicable)
A fee of $150 for each adult, and $75.00 for each child under 15 years

Additional documents may be required to establish Niuean descent for second or third generation non-residents.

Genealogy from the Department of Justice Lands and Survey

A physical original or certified true copy of all documents and your passport must be submitted to the Niue Immigration Department, located at the Niue Public Service Building, Fonuakula, Alofi.

Processing of applications will take 7 - 14 working days.
